Threshold gas detectors DG/F

Detectors DG/F are used for continuous monitoring of premises for combustible and toxic gases (and oxygen). The detectors come with two preset concentration thresholds for alarm purposes.

DG/F detectors are designed to work only with:

DG/F are detectors of standard design and cannot be used in areas classified as hazardous due to the presence of gases, vapors, or dust.

Features

  • replaceable gas sensor: semiconductor, electrochemical, catalytic, optical (Infra-Red);
  • two alarm thresholds set during production (the third threshold is usually the upper measurement range of the gas sensor, signaled only visually), 4-wire interface;
  • built-in event history (analysis available from the manufacturer), indication of the recommended calibration period expiry; built-in test procedure for recognizing output cables (after power-up);
  • thermal compensation system (can be used in variable environmental conditions);
  • easy gas penetration through the sensor cover = relatively short detector response time;
  • built-in optical signaling (multi-color LED);
  • removable terminals with the possibility of mounting single- and multi-wire cores (cable – without crimping sleeves);
  • splash-proof IP44 gas sensor cover (in the recommended mounting position);
  • can be equipped with a mechanical cover made of AR-1 profiled pipes (installation in areas exposed to mechanical damage, e.g., warehouses, wholesale stores, parking lots);
  • can be equipped with a housing for installation on a ventilation duct (DG/w);
  • all detectors are calibrated in GAZEX Calibration Laboratory operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard (PCA accreditation no. AP150).
